Duties

1. Manage card integration, design insurance and partners contract. 
2. Responsible for digital campaign and campaign growth.
3. Proactive, eager in coming up with innovative ideas to either enhance and improve the user experience of ATMs and other cards related functions.
4. Ensure the profitability of card usage and other E payment platforms.
5. Identify key opportunities within the market (determine the size and optimize).
6. Drive airtime recharge on the Cloudbank platform.
7. Drive short term investments on the Cloudbank platform
8. Drive long term investments on the Cloudbank platform.
9. Manage payment and card settlement.
10. Design investment products and manipulate according to customer data analytics and behavior.
11. Understands technical design specifications.
12. Document required bug fixes, end-user feature improvements, and operations feature improvements
13. Manage the Miraton rose application to profitability growth and capital growth.
14. Manage the Miraton rose application for high optimization.

Requirements and qualification

1. BSc/BA in Computer science, information technology, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 – 4 years of experience managing/ developing/ implementing or supporting Debit / Credit card
3. Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
4. Customer service experience and account management experience is also needed
5. Experience in  EFT (electronic fund transfer).
6. Experience in Debit Card Management Systems
7. Experience in instant chip card issuance and bulk issuance.
8. Technical background in EMV Smartcard technology a plus.
