Duties

1. Act as a consultant to new employees for Homish Zivastone.
2. Responsible for making a list of necessary repairs before selling a home.
3. Responsible for creating a checklist of what the seller can expect from the realtor.
4. In conjunction with Senior Leadership, develop and implement short and long-term departmental vision, strategies and objectives.
5. Direct the activities of team members working on multiple shifts in order to achieve daily distribution goals.
6. Build a strong, talented team through active participation in employee selection and recruiting activities.
7. Develop and manage the departmental budget.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed the client’s expectations.
9. Arranges and aids with collating material for various Inland products.
10. Packs requested material for shipment.
11. Assists in typing and printing UPS shipping labels.
12. Candidates must be collaborative, innovative and team oriented.
13. Demonstrated management experience of a work team delivering on goals and objectives.
14. Supports in organizing Salesforce requests.
15. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualification

1. Intermediate Microsoft Office software skills
2. Broad knowledge of the sales force
3. Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, sales or any related field.
4. 2-5 years of previous supervisory experience preferred.
5. Excellent customer service.
6. Bachelors’ degree from an accredited university in marketing or equivalent relevant experience is preferred;
7. Strong interpersonal skills
8. Ability to multi-task and organize projects as well as a team;
9. Ability to effectively speak and communicate with others.
