Retail Banking

Duties

  1. Prospecting Cloud Bank Retail products and services
  2. Growing clientele base and team’s portfolio 
  3. Pushing retail products [POS, cards and other banking products]
  4. Assisting with deposit and savings accounts


Requirements and qualification

  1. BSc/BA in Accounting, Business Administration or related field
  2. 1-3 years proven experience as a retail banker or similar role
  3. Sales or customer service experience is a plus
  4. Knowledge of retail banking rules and procedures
  5. Working knowledge of banking software and MS Office
  6. Patience and problem-solving ability
  7. Customer-oriented attitude
  8. Outstanding communication skills
