Senior Operations Manager – T and T

Duties

  1. Manage T and T deal market inventory base [Dispose / Purchase / Dispose cycle]
  2. Build, manage and automate T and T Deal Markets’ brokerage network and customer acquisition system.
  3. Establish a solid corporate network structure to acquire “workable” assets and leads with multinationals [Telecoms, payment providers, hospitality and manufacturing firms, financial institutions] and asset holding companies.
  4. Retail Trading: Automation of the public and proper information.
  5. Business Introduction to Corporate services.
  6. Expand and nationalize a brokerage system with over 8,000 brokers within a 9 months period.
  7. Replicate the T and T Deal market systems in Africa [Ghana, Cameroon, South Africa, Kenya, Ethiopia, Cotonou, Togo]; within a 48 months period and 60 months in the european market.
  8. Raise T and T Deal market monthly revenue to 80mm by December 2022; also projected revenue of 1 Billion [1 billion] for the year 2021.
  9. Enable plug and play system for corporates and individuals with constant asset disposal cycle and purchase.
  10. Reactivate T and T Deal Market  asset disposal partners via its chief officials; specifically, Aquila Leasing Plc, Access Bank Plc, Keystone Bank Plc, Rosabon Financial Services Ltd etc.
  11. Coupon Services: For some of our clients with recurrent services [Vehicle Leasing etc].
  12. Integrate government parastatals with heavy asset disposal cycles within a 12 months period. These include NIMASA [Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety  Agency], [NPA] Nigerian Ports Authority, The Nigerian Navy, Nigerian Inland WaterWays Authority, Nigerian Customs, AMCON. These assets include but are not limited to ships, vessels, metal obstacles on waterways, abandoned electrical and machinery equipment, seized assets.
  13. Reduce asset purchase, repair, repackage and resell turn around time; to SLA standards of each cycle of products.
  14. Establish a robust banking relationship to structure a viable $2million overdraft for instant purchases [Can be in form of cash, LCs and guarantees]. 
  15. Prepare and take T and T Deal Market to seed a funding in 24 months [if need be]; to enter other non – Nigerian markets.
  16. Establish a robust relationship with battery recycling plants, metal melting industries [such as African Industries]; to front to end sales of used battery products and metal waste.
  17. Assemble a viable technical and repairs team to put together renewal of telecoms and power generating equipment.


Requirements and qualification

  1. Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field is a must
  2. 5-7 years experience as Operations Manager or similar role
  3. Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  4. A thorough understanding of financial and budgeting processes and principles in order to assess the company’s earnings and spending to find areas for improvement
  5. Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority, which is essential to a role that juggles a variety of functions and projects
  6. Familiarity with business and financial principles
  7. Excellent communication skills
  8. Leadership ability
