Requirements and Qualification

1. Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or any related field
2. 0 – 1 year experience work experience in credit or loan evaluation.
3. MBA or advanced degree in business, finance or management is an added advantage
4. A thorough understanding of financial and budgeting processes and principles in order to assess the company’s earnings and spending to find areas for improvement
5. Strong knowledge of risk management and banking relationships
6. Knowledge of MS Office including Excel
7. Knowledge of appropriate treasury and financial software packages
8. Familiarity with business and financial principles
9. Excellent communication skills
10. Leadership ability
